Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is processed once credit card authorization and a correct address has been obtained. Orders shipped using standard delivery will take (3) to (7) business days to arrive. Please be aware that it may take between 24-48 hours for credit/debit card authorisation . Orders purchased on the weekend will take longer to arrive. Made to order and pre-order items may take longer to ship.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via Royal Mail at this time. Royal Mail does not offer tracking information with international standard package. To purchase recorded shipping, please contact us before you check out.

International shipments can take anywhere from a week to a month for delivery. We have no control over how fast you receive your package unless you upgrade to expedited shipping.

Insurance

We recommend that you ship with insurance and signature in case of any rare event. Signature confirmation can be purchased if you would like to sign for your package. Signature confirmation assures that your package will not be left at your door if no one is there to sign for it. To purchase signature confirmation, please contact us before you checkout.
